Ventilation¶

East Village homes are fitted with mechanical ventilation units manufactured by Vent-Axia.

Service frequency¶

Ventilation units should be serviced once a year.

New units come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Annual servicing is a condition of the warranty - missing a service will void it.

SRI Mechanical are familiar with the East Village installations and are a good first port of call for servicing or replacing a unit when it fails.
